If accepted, you’ll be added to our roster of doulas. From there, we’ll begin referring families to you based on their needs, location, and preferences. You’ll connect directly with the family to arrange services, contracts, and payment.

Yes. MoonLight StarBright Doula Services is a referral agency. You remain fully independent, families contract with you directly, and you manage your own services, payments, and schedules.
No. There are no fees to apply or to be part of our referral network. Our role is to connect families with qualified doulas, not to manage your business operations.
When a family contacts us, we review their needs, preferences, and location. We then refer them to doulas in our network who are the best fit. The family decides who they’d like to work with, and you take it from there.
We welcome birth doulas, postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists and sleep consultants who provide inclusive, evidence-based care and want to serve families across the Bay Area.
