Sleep Training

and Support

Helping families find

rest and rhythm

Good sleep is essential for both parents and babies, yet it is often one of the biggest challenges in the early months. Our team provides gentle, evidence-based support to help families establish healthy sleep habits and create calmer nights.

We focus on two stages of sleep development:

  • Sleep shaping in the first four months: During the newborn stage, we guide families in creating positive sleep foundations by observing natural rhythms, encouraging consistent routines, and supporting soothing strategies that promote longer stretches of rest.

  • Sleep training after four months: Once babies are developmentally ready, we offer gentle, age-appropriate sleep training methods that help reduce night wakings, support self-soothing, and create sustainable rest.

Who it’s for

Families who want more restful nights, smoother routines, and the confidence that their baby is learning healthy sleep habits in a supportive way.

Sibling

Support

Care for older children during labor, birth, and transition

Welcoming a new baby affects the whole family. Our sibling doula services provide a trained professional to care for older children while parents focus on labor and birth. This support ensures children feel safe, nurtured, and included throughout the process.

Sibling doulas typically meet families beforehand to build trust, offer on-call availability around the due date, and provide hands-on care during labor and the immediate postpartum period.

What a Sibling Doula Does:

  • Provides trusted, reliable care for children while parents are in labor

  • Offers emotional support to help children process their feelings about a new sibling

  • Ensures comfort and safety during a time of transition

  • Facilitates a positive sibling experience with age-appropriate activities and education

  • Assists with practical needs such as meals, bedtime, or homework routines

  • Uses books or other resources to teach children about pregnancy and birth in ways they understand

Who it’s for

Families who want peace of mind knowing their older children are cared for, supported, and included while parents focus on welcoming a new baby.

  • Daytime postpartum doulas support families with hands-on newborn care, feeding, soothing, light household help, light cooking and guidance to build confidence during waking hours. Nighttime postpartum doulas focus on caring for the baby overnight,  including feeding support, diapering, and soothing, so parents can rest and recover while knowing their baby is cared for.
